The new high performance buses from Mercedes-Benz. They are 15 m long, have 30 seats, and are the ultimate in comfort and luxury. The seat cushions are designed to be ergonomic to improve well-being while at the same time easily adjust to facilitate in eating posture when food is placed on the fold out table. Seating on the bus is arranged into capsules, which means that passengers can fully recline without disturbing the surrounding passengers. Each capsule comes with full electronic control and a personal touch screen TV. There is an on board restroom, a preparation room, and a separate room for on board staff.

Vehicle standards
The white chassis with pink bands was designed with maximum safety in mind. Nakhonchai Air does not utilize double decker buses as they are more prone to accident. The bus comes with 30 seats, automatic transmission, airbags, emergency equipment (window hammers installed at 4 points on the bus, a fire extinguisher on the side of the vehicle, and an escape hatch on the ceiling), a Euro II- Tree system for the environment, a CCTV system, and GPS.

Seats
The seats on the First Class buses are arranged in capsule form. This means they can fully recline without disturbing surrounding passengers. In addition, each seat comes fully equipped with electric control whether that is to lean back, or even for an automated foot massage. Every seat also features a personal in-built speaker system for a more private entertainment experience. The seats are all upholstered with real leather which is comfortable to the touch and is fully conducive to relaxation. Each capsule comes with a fold out table for food.

On board entertainment
You can enjoy a number entertainment options on board the NCA First Class buses. The video on demand (VOD) system lets you watch whatever you want whenever you want to watch it. Each seat has its own touchscreen TV which also doubles as a gaming console for touchscreen games. In addition, every seat comes with outlets for standard headphones if you would like to bring your own.

Services
To improve the level of comfort of NCA First Class passengers, the Nakhonchai Air station itself provides an exclusive VIP lounge. In addition, every trip will come with a full meal service as well as snacks, tea, coffee, juice, soda, and desserts at any time. First Class passengers can also enjoy complementary toothbrush kits and sanitary masks. Bus attendants are on hand at all times to provide assistance.

Fare
The fares for all types of vehicles are in accordance with the Department of Transportation, and the Ministry of Transport who have set the standard fare rates. This means that the fare for the First Class 15 M. is still at the same price.
